Afro Moves and Grooves
Afro Moves & Groove classes are based on the fundamental principal that Dancing to dynamic, percussive, rhythmic sounds from the heart of Africa, allows each person to reconnect with their own dancing spirit. This course is based on the different African styles that mixed into the African culture. It is perfect for those who want to have a wider vision of the African culture and dance. As a dancer you will experience great fun and a challenging new dance style!

Combine breath work based on ancient pranic breath techniques and EXPANSIVE Afro-Dance Moves. This Dynamic fusion allows each student to experience and learn a series of choreographies that allows their bodies to feel free while in a fun and funky environment. AFRO Dance Moves & Grooves are traditional, exuberant and expressive movements from the roots of AFRICA, that leave each student feeling ALIVE, POSITIVE , uplifting the soul, nurturing the spirit and toning the body. The classes exude EXUBERANCE!

Ballet
Ballet is an art form that requires grace, poise, and athleticism. Like other dance forms, Ballet can express a mood, reflect the classical music, and provide a full body work out. Ballet increases flexibility, co-ordination, posture and confidence. Learn the disciplines of classical Ballet, in a fun atmosphere allowing you to discover and explore your talent. Each class is taught with enthusiasm and innovative ideas by a professional dancer.

Experience a performative dance and try a more highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary. Feel like a ballerina and learn to dance a technique which reflects passion and elegance. As a dancer you will develop strong bodies, special and temporal awareness, and improve their coordination.

Every level of experience is welcome! What to wear: Normal athletic clothing, barefoot or ballet shoes (preferred).

Contemporary
Contemporary dance is an artistic form of expressive dance which focuses on the abstract form of ballet. Students will benefit from learning to appreciate dance as an art form. Contemporary is used widely to depict stories through dance.

The dance style is characterised by its versatility: contemporary can be danced to almost any style of music, or united with other dance forms to create new styles of movement.In fact, fusion is the essence of contemporary and dancers attempt to explore the natural energy and emotions of their bodies to produce dances which are often very personal. Contemporary seeks to work with the natural alignment of the body, and is therefore safe and accessible for beginners.

Explore emotions through dances which push against traditional boundaries. This style of dance often involves a great deal of playing with balance, floorwork, fall and recovery, and improvisation. Try a a new and exciting outgrowth of modern dance and other 20th century dance techniques with our exceptional trainers.

Hip Hop
Free, funky and soulful expression of movement used by fabulous artists such as Usher and Missy Elliott. Hip hop is a fantastic way to express one’s emotions and creativeness. The dances come from the soul and it helps to improve flexibility and body balance. The dance style represents body movements which can be individual and funky.

It does not require any formal training like Ballet or Jazz. You will experience freedom and unconventionality while dancing. Get the chance to feel mental wholeness as well as to learn a more casual dancing technique. Achieve physical fitness and feel free to try the informal and explosive dance style. You can learn elements of Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Breakdancing, Free Styling, Popping and Locking at our Dance Studio. Jazz
Get to know one of the most popular dance styles in recent years. Jazz Dance is influenced by a lot of different dance styles like ballet, contemporary, lyrical and hip hop.

You will experience fun and originality as well as unique moves, eccentric footwork and quick turns. Dance exciting jazz combinations which will leave you sweating and smiling! This class is fun, energetic and challenging but not pressured. Beginner to more advanced are welcome. Everyone is free to work at their own pace. You will practice and build on technique, while learning movements to put together in a dance routine. Stylish, classic, and always fun with highly talented teachers!



Wear comfortable dance/work out attire and jazz shoes, trainers, socks or bare feet.

Latin Cardio
Latin Fitness is a fun and energetic class designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories, whilst learning the fundamentals of popular Latin Dance styles such as Salsa, Cha-Cha, Merengue, Samba and Rumba, and Rock & Roll!. In this class you will learn a variety of creative and challenging dance steps,that will get your heart pumping! Ideal for beginners through to advance level, build from the basic steps to complex variations. Learn to move your body to hot Latin rhythms. Great music, great exercise, and most importantly, great FUN!

Pole Dancing
Pole dancing is increasingly becoming one of the most popular forms of dance and exercise in general. It provides a cardio and strength work out for all fitness levels you do not get fit to pole dance, you pole dance to get fit! You will notice physical changes in your body within weeks. Not only does pole dancing provide you with physical benefits, it also increases your self-confidence, helping you to become comfortable with and proud of your body and sensuality.

Students will learn a variety of moves and combinations which will be put together in a routine that they will be able to show off to their friends, or just to that special someone. Our aim is to create an atmosphere which is welcoming and not intimidating so wear clothes that you feel comfortable in, feel free to wear high heels, runners or simply go bare foot. Shorts however are required to grip the pole.

Pole dancing is now regarded as a recognised form of exercise and can be used as a effective workout. This dance class will be a sensual enjoyment for everyone and a prefect occasion to feel sexy and hot.

Learn authentic Salsa with professional dancers and performers. Salsa is known for its sexy sassy moves performed to hot Latin rhythms. It is open for improvisation and the various foot patterns, body movements, turns and figures are excellent to improve your flexibility.
